Good value for money.

Liked: Modern cabin and friendly staff. A small cafe is next to reception and one out of two pools is heated. Our dog got her own dog bed and water/good bowl which was very thoughtful.
Disliked: The cabin was clean on the first look and needs more detailed cleaning under the sofa and beds. There was a lot of dust accumulated including old grapes. It would be great if the cabins had a vacuum cleaner for self cleaning.Additionally I thought I booked a 1BR with a bunk bed as shown in the fotos but got a double bed in the extra BR instead. The bed was so high (due to being disability friendly), that my feet couldn’t touch the floor when sitting on it. On the first night my 3.5 year old daughter fell out of bed.

Liked: First impression was a bit underwhelming as I wasn’t expecting Ingenia Hunter Valley to be small. But we had a great and comfortable time. Although it was small holiday park, it had amenities that we enjoyed as a family. Place was clean and comfortable. Stayed in budget cabin 9 but it didn’t feel that way. It looked even better than other non-budget cabins we stayed in before. But our parking was at the main parking area not beside the cabin. We had all that we needed during our stay. Everything was looked after. It was peaceful and the kids had plenty to do.
Disliked: The bigger pool to be heated.
