Liked: Family villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. Good heating.Craft activities very enjoyable
Disliked: Filthy oven, microwave wasn't working(soon repaired), shower base very flimsy, outside light cover missing so glary when light on.For such a large park, children's facilities were very small and therefore crowded.Hoses from caravans right outside our door so difficult to exit that way.6pm office closure was too early.We are very familiar with another Ingenia holiday park and we were expecting this one at Byron Bay to be of the same standard.

Happy despite some hiccups

Liked: Good quiet location, comfortable bed. Heater was on for our arrival.
Disliked: Cabin had next to no insulation from the floor which made it FREEZING despite the heater. No extra blankets provided in cupboards, and cupboard smelt like something dead was in there. Due to late arrival couldnt do anything about no blankets, however lovely receptionist did give us a free bottle of wine for our troubles, so all in all, pleased with the experience despite the hiccups

Liked: It was really nicely thought out, comfortable and tidy but it was the staff that made it exceptional - most particularly the guy at reception with the red hair and the guy who came to fix our shower .
