Pleasant
Liked: Location close to Indpls Motor Speedway and downtown
Disliked: Security door locks not working had to leave door unlocked when leaving room

It actually scared the children...
Liked: That it was in Indianapolis, that's it.
Disliked: We were charged another $40 on top of what Booking.com charged us saying that we didn't pay for 4 people, which we definitely did! This was not a good experience and the manager and owner was not helpful. I would never stay here again. There was also no breakfast provided, which it said there was.

Awkward
Liked: Accommodations were very basic, but adequate. I knew what I was getting when booking.
Disliked: I was the only guest there. The proprietor stays on site. It seemed very creepy.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS...
Liked: Nothing. As soon as I arrived (6PM) with a party of 3 I headed towards the office area to check in, but the entire lobby area was closed and lights were off. There was a phone located in front of a glass window in the entrance of the office area, near the phone there was a sign that read “Dial 500 for front desk service” I dialed the number 20+ times, but received no response. I then had to walk the around the whole property to find a housekeeper, I spoke to them and they explained they would get the Manager for me. Went back to the office to wait and in comes a sweaty jittery manager to check me in. I explained I made a reservation through booking.com for a double bed room and he was very upset about this. He kept trying to dial a phone number, but he kept getting a busy dial tone. He then printed a paper that contained my stay info and he also wrote “$20 extra fee per person”. I specified in my booking.com reservation that I booked this room for 3 people. He asked for my credit card to charge “incidentals”, I asked how much that would be and if I would get it back. He became very agitated and stated it was $50 and that I would get it back. I clarified that I had already paid for the room and double checked that I would not get charged again. He stated he would not double charge me. I gave my signature and asked for the room key. He asked me to wait and left. After 10 minutes he came back and said my room would be ready in 30 minutes. I asked why it wasn’t ready yet, seeing as check in is at 1PM. He became agitated again and stated that they were washing sheets and cleaning the rooms and that it would be ready in 30 minutes. I asked for my room key and he almost didn’t want to give it to me. I stated I paid for the room and needed the key, it didn’t matter the time the housekeepers would be finished cleaning. He stated “ok just to make you happy, I will give you the key” I left the hotel and went to dinner.
Disliked: Hotel employees are not available when needed. Room was not ready at time of arrival (after check in time.) Awful customer service. Just overall feeling of unease from other hotel guests, area is very suspicious, and the manager is slimy fraudster.

I did not like my...
Liked: My hotel was not what I paid for . He then told me he couldn’t do nothing about it . THE ROOMS was dirty , the toilet had someone’s pee on it . They left dirty towels , the fridge had food all on it .
Disliked: Everything !!!! I paid for a two bed and only received a one first hand . The carpet was not clean , he told me he wouldn’t give me a different room or a discount, or a refund ! Do not go to this place please .
