Liked: The experience was extremely bad. It might be the worst hostel I've encountered during my travels across multiple European countries. There's no second place. The communal kitchen was never cleaned, the dishes were left unwashed, and garbage was scattered everywhere. Two drunkards from Ireland were staying in the dormitory and came back late at night, completely disregarding the rest of the guests. There was no sense of hygiene in the room, with clothes and shoes thrown about haphazardly. There was noise at midnight. The traffic noise outside was non-stop throughout the night. In short, it was just awful. I definitely won't stay here again when I come to Berlin next time. I sincerely hope you can make some improvements to give a good impression to those who are new to Berlin.

Disliked: There was extra fee for sheets and towels. And you cant rent without them. The sheets we were given were ripped.Window couldnt be fully closed so cold air flows inside the room.
