We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent and in walking distance to the centre of Stratford. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom was lacking in shelving space for toiletries.

Liked: Breakfast was satisfactory, but we were not blown away. Excellent staff, and the area was nice and clean. There were, however, a few flys about.
Disliked: The cooked English breakfast was not impressive.

Liked: Mix of old architecture and modern facilities. Great location for the theatre. On-site parking was appreciated.

Liked: Comfortable, clean, and great location for waking around the town.
Disliked: Computerized check in. The attendant at the reception desk had to dig through a box to find our details.

Liked: Aircon in the contemporary rooms was very good,given the high temperature in Stratford during our stay. Made the room very comfortable
