Liked: Staff were exceptional. Special shout out to the lovely man on reception who checked us in (and out!). Sadly we never got his name (though he has an incredibly well groomed beard!), but he was so professional and friendly and offered some great local tips on where to visit and where to eat. He's an absolute credit to the hotel and deserves a special shout out.
Disliked: Not keen on the stuffed dead animals in the bar area. Very creepy.

Lovely stay in a fabulous...

Liked: Fantastic central location beside all the main attractions ,shops,restaurants and pubs.We had a Georgian room which overlooked Shakespeare!s New Place.There is on site parking at an additional charge too.Staff very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing. All excellent.

Would book again, no extraneous...

Liked: Nice breakfast, lots of fruit and great choice of cooked dishes
Disliked: Bar prices a bit steep

Liked: Gorgeous Hotel , centrally located , beautiful rooms , comfy beds, bathrobes , snacks and a great shower . Staff were welcoming and helpful.
