Lovely stay

Liked: Service was great, very helpful staff.Parking was good, but limited number of spaces (not a suprise).Minibar was free (never had that before even stopping at expensive places), which was a great suprise. Great location to walk from and explore Stratford.

Disliked: Room a bit pokey and didn’t have much wardrobe/hook/hanging space. Coats had to be left over chairs etc. no space for long items.Shelves in bathroom were useless as all slopey

Disliked: in the old part so small room and low doors, kept forgetting to duck! no lift as lovely old tutor building

Great hotel that was excellent...

Liked: Great location -easy to find. Central but not noisy. The Tudor rooms were really lovely; warm, comfortable beds and with excellent facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of options to suit every taste.Will definitely book here again but for longer!
Disliked: I cannot think of anything that we didn't like.
