Convenient location and comfortable furnishings

Liked: Easy to find and plenty of parking. Very nice shower with decent water pressure. The air conditioning unit was quiet.
Disliked: The parking garage stairwell was pretty gross and smelled awful. It definitely could use a power/pressure wash. One of the bed coverlets had a makeup stain and a towel had blue stains. It just makes you question the actual cleanliness.

Great hotel for reasonable price...

Liked: Extremely comfortable beds and wonderful shower. There is a Happy Hour every afternoon that is a bargain.Also each room has a refrigerator drawer so you can have healthy snack storage.Very dog friendly property and staff.
Disliked: Not much room to hang your clothes.

Love it, would go back...

Liked: Love the location. It was around everything we wanted to visit. It was gorgeous and very modern! The staff were super nice too.
Disliked: They had an electrical outage the first night we stayed and it felt like that is what messed up my room’s AC unit. Stayed there 4 days with the AC not really blowing any air but I did not let the staff members know as well about the issue, so that is on me.

We will never stay anywhere...

Liked: Hotel Indigo felt very luxurious. The decor was very tasteful. The amenities were great. The location was perfect for us to access the recreational trails for biking as well as the outlet mall. Kucu bistro was so convenient and had a great menu for breakfast and dinner at a very reasonable price.Nearby garage parking was very convenient as was the check-in and unloading area.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Nice new hotel. Nice room, nice shower. Only stayed one night but it was great. If I am passing through again I will stay again.
