Pleasant
Liked: The place was clean while undergoing a few renovations. The lobby was very nice. The hotel staff was accomodating for our needs. The courtyard looked very nice.
Disliked: The pool was closed and that information was not disclosed to us when booking. The fire alarm went off but was not a typical fire alarm, more like a low battery chirp. We had to call the front desk to verify that we needed to evacuate.

Disappointed!!!!
Liked: Some staff were exellent! Others were like bumps on a log!
Disliked: Well i didnt get the room i paid for cause they were remodeling and when i got there i recieved 2 queen beds instead of what i actually paid off which was a 1 king with 1 queen bed larger room, and the water line on the toilet kept running every minute, nobody fixed it! Plus you have to pay to park in their lots!!!

Under renovations
Liked: The room was decent with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The WiFi was good enough. I purchased breakfast with my room. While pricey, the paid breakfast was good enough.
Disliked: The hotel is currently under renovations, which made it incredibly annoying. When I was getting ready to check out, the hotel had a false fire alarm that disabled the elevators, forcing me to carry my luggage down from the fourth floor. The area has gotten worse where a lot of the nearby businesses and restaurants have gone under.
