Liked: Location was good. Premises were clean. Kitchen was well supplied.
Disliked: Beds in the second bedroom were actually bumpy. Furnishings were minimal. There was no desk in the whole unit; guests would have to use the dining room table. No chair in the master suite. No bedside lamps. Lighting was minimal. This place doesn't qualify to compare with a hotel/motel. This was a condo unit as part of an association complex, but apparently at least a part of the complex is now functioning for long- and short-term tourists. It is more like an AirBnB but without the personal touches and warm atmosphere. In addition, the office hours for arriving and leaving were too rigid.

Good stay, met our expectations....

Liked: We were at the apartment for the Indian Wells tournament. It's located in a very nice area, very nice views around. We were a group of 4 guys and we had a good sleep. Very clean and kitchen equipment is top notch. The place met our expectations and we left happy.
Disliked: We arrived outside checkin hours (around 11 PM) so it was a bit complicated to find the place. It took us about 1 hour to locate the apartment in the middle of the night. The person at the entrance gate tried to help us, but we were still confused on how to reach the apartment. The whole complex is huge. Remember to call them if you are going to arrive outside their checkin hours and ask for detailed instructions!

Disappointing check in instructions. Check...

Disliked: We never made it to the place! It was impossible to find the check in area or our room.We did not receive adequate instructions. The gentleman at the gate tried to help us but it was not possible to find anyone at 10.00 pm to do our check in. We drove around the property for 40 mins and then left the property without checking in and we spent the night elsewhere despite the fact we had already paid.

Disliked: The couch was not comfortable and the traffic noise was loud and it was difficult to sleep
