a good choice if you...

Liked: Pretty surrounding area; beautiful river
Disliked: Room orientation away from nature to street, noise from the road, pricey for offered comfort

Won't recommend or be back

Liked: The setting
Disliked: We stayed in the room without bathrooms ensuite. The bathrooms available to our room were completely open to anyone coming into the other rooms. I did not feel safe enough to shower.

Liked: Beautiful setting. Super friendly staff. Room was very clean and tidy. Small kitchenette had everything you need.
Disliked: Room could use a small night light in the bathroom

Liked: The location suited us while on a road trip in California. The room was simple but a good size and comfortable, although the bed was softer than I like. We enjoyed the peaceful setting by the river and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The onsite cafe was closed so there was nowhere nearby to eat in the evening. Luckily I knew that in advance and we'd come prepared with snacks. There was a microwave in the room but heating up ready meals is no substitute for a meal out which is what we normally enjoy when travelling.
