The best hotel in VIENNA

Liked: The best location 8n vienna on the most luxurious st.The fastest services ever.The size of the rooms compared to the same room category in other 5 star hotels is uncomparable.The classic in the same time comfortable furniture.The fast housekeeping.
Disliked: Nothing at all

Nice hotel though bad check...

Liked: It was good though pricey
Disliked: I didn’t like The check in; I didn’t feel happy. I arrived at 11 am after a 12 hour flight. They asked me to come at 3 pm or pay more for an upgrade. The hotel was not fully booked so I told them that my flight was very exhausting and wished to get a fast check in. They insisted that I pay more to get an upgrade and a fast check in. I thought that it is the same old trick that many hotels play with customers arriving early. The hotel room that I paid for was already pricey so I declined to pay more. I hope that they become more flexible with their customers in the future.

One of the best hotels...

Liked: Everything was excellent. The location, the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast. We were given a late checkout free of charge. The receptionists were very welcoming, very friendly, and very helpful.The service in the breakfast room was excellent and the staff were friendly well-organized and skilled.We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel.
Disliked: I think the couches in the lobby need to be changed since they're a little worn out.

Liked: Everything was perfect! The breakfast was rich meeting every kind of taste!The room was very quiet , comfortable, luxurious and absolutely clean. The staff very kind and helpful. The hotel is near to everything one needs to see in Vienna!Great stay, hope to come back again soon!

Liked: This hotel has such a special charm — the historic design is beautiful and well taken care of, and the lobby feels luxurious and welcoming. The food was great, with high quality and a lot of attention to detail. The staff were really kind and made me feel at home. Also, the location is perfect — just a short walk to the main shopping street and all the attractions. I had a fantastic stayBy the way there is snall mall with supermarket inside it So easy to buy fresh salat or need pharmaceuticals things
Disliked: We should stay longer hhhhhhh☺️☺️
