Average, too expensive for what...

Liked: Good location. That’s it really.
Disliked: It’s old, dirty, mattress was stained, just grubby, which is fine if the prices reflects this. Far too expensive for its current state. Also, if you want to drop your bag off before check in, it costs £10 pounds.

Liked: No far from city centre.
Disliked: The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. We ended up leaving a night early because it was so bad. Lots of noise, shouting and unpleasant people around making us feel uneasy.

Never stay again wouldn't recommend

Liked: The location was good for us, the staff were friendly but didn't say much.
Disliked: Firstly the building does not look like the photos it had a smashed door graffiti etc I was shocked I said to my fiance this can't be it. The room looked nothing like what I booked, it was quite small and many things were broken in the room - the wardrobe was not bolted to the wall it nearly fell on me - the shower head holder was broken so I had to make a contraption with hair bobbles to keep it in place to shower, the shower doors wouldn't shut properly and the bathroom door wouldn't shut either. I did not find it value for money at all I would have rather spent the night in a premier inn unfortunately they were all booked out due to the match. I wouldn't recommend there was no facilities like an ironing board or iron which most b and bs and Hotels have, staff didn't really give anymore information other than check out and the WiFi password if I paid for a breakfast I did not have it due to the fact I was unhappy with all the broken facilities for an unfair price should have been £30 or £45 and only due to parking and location. The room was clean I will give them that and there was towels and tea and coffee.

Poor

Liked: Bathroom was functional and clean for the most part, hot shower and expected soap, towels etc. Wifi was easy to connect to and fast. Water bottle, kettle, cups and tea/milk/sugar provided. Plugs working. Comfortable pillows. Close to my place of work/15 minute bus ride to Manchester City Centre.
Disliked: Mouldy floor underneath bed near headboard, full of dust and small spider. Very noisy neighbour 2-3am. Smell of mould and noise made it hard to sleep. TV was broken but wasn't planning on using it. Poor lighting quite a dark room. Bathroom vent has some cob webs and another small spider. No chair is room but was able to ask for one.

Disliked: Hidden charges for a late check in...a 1st for myself as a regular hotel user and traveller , certainly will make me think about using your brand again
