Sort of a hidden gem...
Liked: Check in was easy, parking easy and plentiful, staff was friendly, room was extremely clean but inexpensive. Beds were comfy. A very pleasant surprise. Excellent value. Quick drive to SUNY Cortland.
Disliked: Parking lot was extremely noisy at time and is located on a noisy street so earplugs are recommended. People were outside smoking and you have to access your room from outside so you will encounter smoke if they're out there.

The hotel was clean and...
Liked: The property was small, well kept and very clean!
Disliked: While I understand the owner has taken initiative to keep drugs off of the property, being unable to have the couple I was visiting come visit at the hotel is rather frustrating.
