Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Horrible; filthy; other peoples trash left; bathroom moldy and gross; trash cans filthy; didn't want to put my bare feet on the floor. Was booked for 2 nights - left before the 2nd night. Phone didn't work - was told it would be fixed. Was not until the next day, so when something was going on right next door could not call out for help at the desk. There were people running up and down the outside hallway, it was frightening - there were the two of us, girls. Would not put my dog there.

A disappointing and unpleasant stay

Liked: Handy location for exploring Oakland and Berkeley and a short walk to the Bart station.
Disliked: The promised wifi was never provided and there was no coffee for the coffee machine. The room was quite shabby and the furniture was old and worn. The heater worked but made the room smell. The area is a little sketchy and there was no security.
