Disappointed with quality in context...

Liked: Location to meet family from Binghamton to look together for location (further east) with a forecast of mostly sunny skies.
Disliked: Opened up cottages for eclipse demand but did not provide hot water. At beginning of booking process, advertised price was lower than price eventually charged and we were not told about this online before transaction was sealed. Prices on all properties were being jacked up Saturday morning because of eclipse demand; in the event we had little choice left. No breakfast in house offered though had been advertised.

Liked: The room was good, well worth the price - clean, hot water, etc. My only issue was that the room was very cold when I went in ... 10 deg cold, and the blanket on the bed was not thick. The heater brought the temperature up as I initially rested, but it was a bit uncomfortable for a while.

Liked: Close to many stores, near hwy401, Fuel stations as well are close by
Disliked: There supposed to be non smoking rooms but there were ashtrays outside this room and the very next room as well and the room smelt of cigarette smoke. I don't smoke. Disgusting. You could hear talking and the TV in the next room, the dog next door was barking at 2am and woke me up, not very impressive. Will I return?I think it's quieter to sleep my car, and it doesn't smell of cigarettes. There is no breakfast as the ads say that breakfast is included, the restaurant is closedResidents that stay there full time had a truck jacked up in the parking lot and were changing the brakes.
