Liked: We arrived to leave our luggage at 11am and we were told our room was available, that was a great start to our stay.Location was very handy to the central station.6th floor with a balcony was definitely worth the money to sit out and enjoy the evening sun.
Disliked: Maybe some black out blinds as the room was very bright from early morning.

The Copenhagen Plaza offers much...

Liked: The location was good for what we required. The restaurant was lovely and the polar opposite of the hotel. Good food, friendly staff
Disliked: It’s dated 50 year old design lack of freshness. The rooms are small n cluttered meaning u have to move furniture to go out to the balcony.which 4 * hotel doesn’t offer complimentary water cream and milk. To be told that Denmark has the cleanest drinking water in Europe . Unsatisfactory for over £1000 stay . Breakfast satisfactory but repetitive

Liked: Good breakfast
Disliked: Top floor turning west. Balcony a bit worn and flowers shown in the pics were not there.No blinds in the room to prevent the sun from over heating the room. A/C could not cope with that.Curtains insufficient and dirty.

Disliked: Flood bath room.Drain speed is slow and water from bath makes flood at bath room.

We were glad to leave...

Liked: Big room, close to train.
Disliked: We were in room 626 with a balcony. The view and weeds on the balcony. The bed was well warn and sank in the middle with no mattress protector and the mattress had stains. Only 3 lifts for the amount of rooms and these were tiny only fitting two people with their suitcases at a time.
