A pleasant stay with lovely...

Liked: This is te third time staying at the Imperial and the staff are friendly and obliging Our apartment was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Unfortunately there was a small problem with the heating in our flat which was rectified.

Liked: Breakfast great value. Staff very helpful
Disliked: Limited time, but understand the reason. Also didn’t like teapot already on table before arriving for breakfast. Personal preference as I like hot, weak tea which was provided on request.

Short stay to break up...

Liked: Position of the hotel was great. Staff work very hard and are so helpful and friendly. The receptionist and the bar staff in particular. Frontage and public areas well maintained. Room was very dated and beds so uncomfortable. Very small lift. Lots of elderly with mobility issues and equipment which clearly had difficulty getting into said lift.
Disliked: Poor and dated room but for the price what do you expect. It was clean and warm. Beds need replacing.

Liked: Close to every thing
Disliked: The only thing I dint like was the window dint open enough it was hot in the room and the bed was hard could of been softer and the shower could of been put on a hook to have a proper shower we had to hold it
