Liked: Location was good. Food was ok. Shower good. Lift good.
Disliked: Grab handle by the toilet or seat raiser. No internet. Not disable or mobility friendly. One of the receptionist (dark hair, glasses...sorry I didn't know her name) not very friendly. Also one of the wIters, tall, slim guy not very friendly. I was put with the coach parties in the restaurant when I was an independent guest. There was no soya milk on my first visit and they had run out of it by the Tuesday. I also like my vegetables cooked but not soggy or so hard that I can't eat it. I did mention these problems at the time.

Disliked: Hotel Needs renovations throughout, it also has a smell throughout the hotel but is generally for the elderly. Staff were functional and okay not overly friendly.
