Liked: The food and service and staff.
Disliked: The hotel is massively out of date and not up to standard for the 21st century. It’s like stepping back in time. Unpleasant old smell in room, poor shower, lack of power points and old decor from the 1970/80s.Needs a lot of TLC!

Liked: Location great, big car park, clean. Staff superb and also a very decent restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing not to like really. Small issue with the shower, but overall very good and probably one of if not the best hotel in Gt Yarmouth.

A great option for anyone...

Liked: Great shower and comfortable bed and the room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and beautifully cooked and we also had dinner one evening and this was equally good. The staff were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: right on the shore of the North Sea, enjoyed a walk along the boardwalkstaff friendly and helpfulon-site parking was easy, wi-fi was freebreakfast was good, did not eat dinner there
