Nice and comfortable

Liked: Breakfast was good. Eating breakfast on the terrace with nice sea view was the best thing. Dinner was good. The family room was decent size. None of the family rooms have sea view which was disappointing but they did manage to give me a room on second floor which had a sea view from the side window.
Disliked: The hotel had 8-10 steps to go up to the reception. People with heavy suitcases will have to carry them up the stairs.

Liked: Exceptional service, friendly and helpful staff. Great tasty food. With having wheelchair the staff always went the extra mile to help.
Disliked: Apart from getting in and out of the hotel which I have mentioned above. Nothing

Liked: Good accomodation comfy bed and lovely bathroom with bath and plenty of hot water. In the restaurant the staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Good breakfast. Freshly cooked. Nice fruits and plenty of coffee

Perfect in all ways that...

Liked: The breakfast was superb in a stunning location, the terrace. The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to the town to walk but far enough away to be peaceful. Very close to water gardens, another pleasant walk. The hotel car park was a little tricky for less than confident drivers, but street parking and large car park on opposite side of the road.
Disliked: Improved car park, a TV guide.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and evening meals very tasty. The terrace was a bit draught when sat against a window for evening meal. The staff were very obliging and friendly. .
Disliked: We were expecting to have a larger room based on our research of the hotel , however this did not spoil our stay
