A great stay, with great...

Liked: Great location, food was excellent, great breakfast choice and superb evening meal. The staff was friendly and professional and service provided was excellent. The hotel lobby bars and restaurant all well presented.
Disliked: The rooms were spacious, clean and well laid out. They are a little tired and for that reason I think the price was a little high.

Disappointing

Liked: The balcony and the sea view
Disliked: Everything in the room was outdated, floor was squeaky, door was not sound proof and open on the bottom had to but bathrobe on it to block the light from the hallway, mattress was not comfortable and pillows as well, all the lights were slanted and sockets as well, window hatch was loose almost falling off and could hear other quests from the room so not good insulated at all.And breakfast was not good and very poor choice and no vegan options and juice glasses were very small.And at checkout wanted too charge us almost £90 for dinner and wine what we didnt even have.And didnt even apologies.And only 10 spots for car parking what is absolutely ridiculous.And it was way overpriced.So it is absolutely not 4 stars like it claims to be.
