Very pleasant, would definitely stay...

Liked: Excellent food and reasonably priced.Room service was good though at£10 for 2 a little pricey compared to similar establishments we've stayed at in London!!!
Disliked: The only negative wa that the room was too hot!!!- with fuel prices as they are - I was surprised that this was on full blast 24/7 did manage to turn off the heat in the bedroom but not the bathroom however this is a PERSONAL observation and may well have suited others fine

Lovely staff and great meals...

Liked: Room with walk-in shower and twin beds. Lovely dinners
Disliked: Water leak in bathroom. Toilet flush stopped working. Staff on hand to repair but toilet took 2 attempts to get it right. Hotel is tired.
