Will definitely return.

Liked: Location , refurbished to a good standard a vast improvement to the previous owners, staff all helpful and polite.
Disliked: The Sunday roast was sub standard.

Pleasant

Fantastic location but a little...

Liked: The location was fantastic. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The restaurant was very basic. We were expecting something grander. The outside seating area has so much potential with the beautiful views but it wasn’t an inviting space to sit and relax. The lift was broken and throughout our stay the doors were opening and shutting making a loud squeaking noise which we could hear from our room.

Our Anniversary celebrations were ruined...

Liked: Situated more or less on the beach
Disliked: Loud thumping music playing constantly and on Saturday they hold an Ibiza type music event “Tenby Rocks”, when the music gets even louder ( thump thump music), really spoilt our stay .Hence the low score, otherwise it would have been perfect!

Disliked: We booked this hotel because of the Ibiza dj, whilst sitting outside you have to order through the QR code, we waited 40 minutes for our drinks before asking for a refund.Also water wasn’t replenished in our room.
