Great for a short stay

Liked: The staff were exceptional, they were helpful, courteous and patient. They dealt with any minor issue efficiently, definitely the hotel’s strength. The rooms I stayed in were all clean, well presented and comfortable
Disliked: As some of the hotel is on the older side, so noise in the hotel travels in some of the rooms I stayed in.

Clean Rooms - Good Location

Liked: Room was large and quiet (as requested)
Disliked: The rooms were painted in dark colours, the carpets were quite worn and had a weird bumpy pattern (grey). The curtains were dark blue. I think whoever designed the rooms didn't like colour. There were no pictures on the wall. The rooms had a sort of Local Authority 'municipal' feel.

Disliked: Room furniture was really old and wear. Mattresses were rocks. It was extremely hot. The air conditioning is a single unit that plastic had turned yellow and it seems like it was not turned on in years!!. Will never book again. And room was way too expensive for what it was
