Liked: Clean, personnel at reception very helpful.
Disliked: The food was poor in house. Scampi was in words “just awful”. They were very over cooked, rubbery and generally inedible.

Disliked: Would have liked some water in the room, some shampoo and conditioner and a few choices for breakfast like an omelette or poached eggs for breakfast

Helpful staff, good location

Liked: It’s location is great for exploring the city. The man who checked us in carried our bags as I had my elderly nan with me. When he realised the room was quite far from the lift, he changed our room for our convenience.
