Love Waikīkī so thoroughly enjoyed...
Liked: The staff were accommodating, friendly and quick to respond to any issues.Location is excellent.Having a kitchenette was great as waikiki restaurant prices are very high particularly travelling from AUS and then adding an expected minimum of 22% tip makes it very expensive.
Disliked: The Murphy bed mattress was very uncomfortable causing back and hip pain. The mattress in the bedroom was better but both need updating.

Liked: The hotel has everything we need. There are ABC, Denys, and a charming view bar and speakeasy bar. We like the free hotel guest offers and the gym also.

Liked: This hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to ABC store and restaurants in beach walk area. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile.

Liked: The property location is key key key! This place is in the heart of Waikīkī beach walk and close to everything, making tourism easy and fun!

It was decent stay while...
Liked: Location
Disliked: There were three issues have with the room: one was an issue dust/dirt build up from the back of the pull down bed. The issue was taken care of after I called the staff to clean it. Second, the toilet flush lever kept getting disconnected from the inside, and I had to reattach the chain lever. Third, the same toilet keeps making a noise after a flush.
