Imperial Hawaii Resort at Waikiki

Comfortable and cosy Ohia suite...

Liked: The amenities (rooftop pool, ocean suite bar for special events, owners’ lounge access on Wednesday afternoon for complimentary mai tais and live Hawaiian music, self-serve housekeeping services access, friendly and helpful hotel staff, ABC store and Denny’s restaurant attached to the hotel.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike at all.

Would definitely recommend for Waikiki!

Liked: Outstanding location, great staff, clean well furnished rooms, good value!
Disliked: One elevator was under repair, so with only 2 working, it was difficult and time consuming to get service!

Liked: The staff at The Imperial are the absolute best! They are professional, friendly, helpful and simply put, they are all “good people.”
Disliked: I don’t think there’s anything I would complain about

Liked: The hot tub was awesome. The location was very central and close to great restaurants and the beach. Loved the drinks on the 27 floor on Weds.
