Liked: I had trouble getting the dates changed and was billed twice but it was fixed

Excellent location, fresh room with...

Liked: The location is perfect, close to everything. We really enjoyed the room, the view, the high ceilings, the tub and the overall design. The thermostat works really well and never experienced cold sensation in our room despite the winter outside. Communication with property managers was easy and fast.
Disliked: The bathroom has a shower and a tub, and the floor is level, so showering can be a little messy with water all over the floor. Maybe a squeegee would help? We were ok with not having a cleaning service every day but it would have been nice to have cleaning after two days. There is no fridge inside the room, although there is a shared one outside that you can use.

Newly updated but cold.

Liked: Centrally located and easy to access anytime of the day. We didn’t have time to use the sauna but it was a very nice perk. The property was recently updated with beautiful and durable finishes.
Disliked: It was very cold and the mini-split heater sounded like it was dying. The finishes were nice but also cold. I think the exterior door needs a new threshold so less cold air seeps across the slate floor. We put towels down to stop the draft.

Liked: I loved how close it was from everything and well organized and clean the room was. I’d stay again!
Disliked: I was a little confused by checking in since the reception was closed. Unfortunately the bar upstairs was closed and the rooftop as well

Liked: Right downtown with amazing views of the mountains. The town's New Years Eve fireworks were world class. Looking forward to warm weather and celebrating food and drinks on the roof top.

Disliked: our reservation showed a room inside a building. when we arrived our room was directly on the street in the basement in a dark street under the stairs. When I asked about the room as advertised, they told us that I needed to pay more to stay inside the hotel.
