Comfortable but don’t expect anything...

Liked: Very modern, clean and had the most amazing scent.
Disliked: Little things were a problem. We wanted a tea spoon to eat a yoghurt. But we were told we could not use or borrow one. We were there in the power cut. Two very young girls were left in charge for a long time. They had to keeping escorting guests up and down the 9 floors by their selves . Then we got stuck upstairs, when we wanted to come down the stairs were pitch black without any emergency lighting. EXTREMELY dangerous!!!!The breakfast stated you could order eggs, sausage and bacon. There was some out but it was freezing. When we ordered some, explaining that we wanted it hot . The staff were abrupt and rude on both occasions! €15 for a cold naff breakfast without a great deal of choice is not good. Finally if you would like more than the 2 sachets of instant coffee in the room, that is a no too. We asked if we could order a cup of coffee. Again no! But to go to the 9th floor where we were given a paper cup with coffee in at a cost. The roof top bar was shut for a week during our stay. But every time we asked at reception prior to going to the 9th floor, we were told it was open.
