Liked: Very good rooms. Helpful staff. Bus stop right outside. Metro stop 10 minute walk.

Liked: wonderful mattresses and well-designed rooms and cupboards, nice bathrooms
Disliked: breakfast missing choice of muesli or more healthy stuff; very commercial cakes offer; long waiting to have some ad-hoc dish (even if no big crowd); 1 out of 3 beakfast with not freshly-cut fruits; slow free wifi; company firewall blocked for unsecure connection (??)

Liked: Close to the atletico ryadh stadium ( reachable by foot) and the airport ( 15 minutes by taxi)
Disliked: Located in industrial area

Attention to details brought the...

Liked: 10-min walk to Suanzes metro station. 28-min walk to Riyadh stadium.Property is very clean. Staff is great. Rooms fairly quiet.
Disliked: The air conditioning thermostat was set at 25 and locked. We had to have staff come change it. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. Once they were filled, we still couldn't use the shower gel because the dispenser didn't function.
