Liked: Excellent facilities, great spa area, great restaurant, beautiful views
Disliked: Flat roof outside our window needed a tidy up.A notice asking guests to avoid loud conversations in the sauna and steam rooms would be appreciated by many people!

Liked: I was treated very well by 2 members of staff. One of which ironed my shirt free of charge... I gave a tip, obviously but they took it reluctantly which I thought was lovely
Disliked: I did not enjoy the way I was treated by senior members of staff who actually refused my free breakfast in the morning because they had given an extra room to my girlfriend off their own back and generally treated me as if I did not belong in their extremely overpriced hotel. Beer was awful. Whisky was not bad but people skills, I think were a little below par. I would never waste my spare money here when for a fraction of the price I have had much better memories created from other places.

Liked: Everything spa was fantastic, food was spot on, staff were really happy and helpful. Room was lovely too.
Disliked: If I have to say something, it would’ve been nice to have a better view from our bedroom, but this wasnt that important

Liked: Very clean and comfortable with a lovely pool and spa area. Very helpful staff. Excellent food in the bar restaurant.

Liked: We loved the location, lots of parking. All staff members were extremely welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We loved the spa and the outside area where we could enjoy a glass of wine before supper.
Disliked: Our room was very warm when we arrived. It was a very warm weekend, we found the fan which was helpful.
