Liked: your staff - primarily front desk is so nice and helpfulgood value for the money

Liked: Are room was great and the staff was great very helpful
Disliked: The beds were stiff and pillows needed to be firmer. The pool was so cold we didn't even use it it and that was upsetting bc we would of liked to use it one of the reasons u get a hotel with a pool

Property needs a revamp. Too...

Liked: This is a very dated property and was very expensive for what it is. The staff are wonderful and soon their utmost to provide a friendly service and clean rooms. An issue with our bed was dealt with professionally and quickly.

Liked: The pleasant, friendly atmosphere. The staff was amazing, the room was spacious and the kitchenette was very clean and modern. The location was excellent, close to Kuhio restaurants, shopping and Waikiki Beach. We look forward to staying there again.
Disliked: Nothing.
