Liked: The hotel is located 50 meters away from the underground station. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was complimentary. If you don't mind a 30-minute trip to the city center, which is not bad timing for London, you will enjoy your stay.

Liked: The place was very clean. Bathroom very spacious. The room was very clean.
Disliked: SaThere is no telephone in the room to contact reception when needed. I had to go down to the reception around 11.00pm because the kettle in the room had some rotten left over of something like milk. The receptionist said that the housekeeper did not clean it.

Liked: it was very clean, comfortable and me and my partner both had a lovely stay for the night, it was just the right size. The hotel itself was very secure and the staff were very nice.
Disliked: i would say just the area. Its not very seen and i wouldn’t really want to walk around at night.

Disliked: cleaner could have done better job with cleaning, just arranging bedsheets is not only part of cleaning.

Liked: Despite the relative distance from central London and the main airports, access is easy due to the proximity of the train station, which is a maximum of 3 minutes away. The hotel is comfortable, with a good bed, quiet and generally clean. The gentleman who received me late at night was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Disliked: The only thing that bothered me was the fact that I always had to point out things that needed to be cleaned in the room. On the first day, it was clear that they hadn't changed the glasses in the room, they had only used water. I requested that they be changed every day through the head maid's support.
