Liked: The staff were so attentive. The desk is staffed 24/7, and they were always eager to assist. Once morning we had to leave before the complimentary breakfast started for a tour, and the staff prepared to-go breakfasts and espresso. When we checked in, they also explained where we were in the city and made sightseeing recommendations.The location is lovely, and the neighborhood felt safe. We spent so much time strolling the Lungomare and enjoying looking at the sea.The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: Great location in a safe neighborhood. Clean, well-equipped rooms. The staff surprised us with an upgrade to a better room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful team, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Overall pretty good but room...

Liked: Good location opposite metro station , spacious clean room, nice breakfast offering and friendly staff.
Disliked: The location is a bit noisy but I think that is the whole of Naples in general!A few lapses in service- boiler broke on our first night and wasn’t fixed till the following day so no shower after travelling all day. The flush on my toilet also broke during our stay and I had to ask reception several times for a warmer duvet to replace the thin one provided.
