Awesome. Couldn't be happier with...

Liked: From the minute we walked in, the whole experience was great. The staff were amazing. We were fortunate to get an upgrade and was so happy with the room, we booked it for another night. It was Easter long weekend and they gave us a basket of fresh towels and treats. The location was perfect for us. Definitely coming back.

Liked: Great position close to the river and the new walk bridge! Story Bridge Hotel bar and restaurant across the road for great food and drinks! The lovely man at reception was very welcoming
Disliked: I liked everything about the property! The Easter Bunny came as well

Very close to the bustle...

Liked: The location is amazing but also caused a bit of an issue as the Storey Bridge is very busy and loud all the time. The room was not very sound proofed so the traffic noise bothered us despite enjoying the conveniences of the area.The staff and the facilities were lovely.
Disliked: Soundproofing the rooms and better block out curtains to mask the city lights.

Liked: We picked this hotel because of it's location which allowed easy walking access to the city, South Bank and the museums or using public transport - the river ferry service. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms we very clean and comfortable . There was easy access to food nearby. We absolutely loved the in house Japanese restaurant (MOBO) for dinner and the Story Bridge Hotel was just across the road for meals all day.

Highly recommended.

Liked: Location - close to Gabba, ferry and bus services, restaurants, convenience stores. It was quiet with parking, customer service was outstanding and the room had everything we needed plus good shower and bed.
Disliked: Decor was a little dated but still comfortable.
