Liked: Beautiful place, heartwarming and guest-oriented. Host Nicola is a great example of genuine hospitality and care. The place is situated close to the Metropolitan station Villa San Giovanni and offers great opportunities for travelers who prefer public transportation. I strongly recommend this place for visiting.

Liked: Staff was superb, we got an early check-in, they did everything to fulfill our wishes. Outside the inn looked very suspicious and we almost thought the taxi-driver took us to a storage building but inside it was marvellous!
Disliked: The breakfast was good but we would have preferred a line system where we could have chosen oursekves what to eat.

Liked: My stay at this hotel was great. Although it's located far from the center of Milan, there’s a metro station just 3 minutes away. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The breakfast wasn’t very varied, but it was delicious. The room was cleaned daily, with sheets and towels changed every two days. The soundproofing isn’t the hotel’s strong point, but it didn’t bother me at all. The highlight was the owners—their warm smiles and eagerness to fulfill every request and help however they could. Exemplary hospitality. Grazie mille!

welcoming, friendly and clean little...

Liked: A very welcoming, clean and friendly family hotel. Matteo was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The area was useful for us because we wanted to run a Milano Nord Parkrun on Saturday morning (which was a great fun!). Otherwise a little far from the city centre, but easy to reach by the metro (only 1 line, no changes). Easy to reach the Central Station, too (1 change). Plenty places to eat, supermarkets, bus stops, metro stop around. Chilled atmosphere, cosy garden (especially in the summer heat), lovely little breakfast.
Disliked: if you are looking for a very central location, it's probably a little far, but as mentioned, easy to reach all sightseeing places

Liked: The location is quite close to Metro, but not in the center. It's an urban residential neighborhood close to a main thoroughfare.The hosts are both peppy and informative. The breakfast choices were decent, and they accommodated dietary needs. That said, the breakfast might get a little tired after a few days, but we weren't there long enough to know.
Disliked: The shower seemed a little hazardous and probably could use anti slip measures for the step into it.
