Great central location but terrible...

Liked: Great central location. The rooms aren’t big but they’re not as small as other rooms we’ve stayed in in central Rome. Very quiet in respect of outside/street noise. We also appreciated the additional snacks for breakfast and the kettle to make teas.
Disliked: There is no soundproofing between the hallway and the rooms. We could hear our neighbours as if they were in the same room as us. No chance of a lie in either because the staff start cleaning at 8am and they wake you up hoovering in the hallway. The hallway and the bathroom is elevated on a hollow step so when people walked past the room they sounded like they were stomping. The step in the room was a bit unsafe… We also didn’t have any hot water on our first night stay due to a problem with the pipes although this was resolved for the second night.

Liked: Location of the hotel is fantastic, just around the corner from Piazza di Popolo. Good sized room with beds to sleep 3 people.
Disliked: The boutique vibe of the room means the lighting was very dark and the only mirror that could be used was in the bathroom (room mirror was extremely high). Safe wasn't working but staff were notified and were in the process of getting this fixed.
