Liked: The staff were so helpful and friendly, helping us with transport enquiries. The breakfast was lovely, rooms were smaller than we thought from the pictures but more than fine. The location was quiet, air cond worked well given we were there in a heatwave. About a 10 minute walk to the city centre but at least 10 eating places nearby.

Disliked: For a small hotel, it felt a little impersonal.

Disliked: Nothing except it used to offer a glass of prosecco at 5pm which was a lovely gesture
