Liked: The room was clean, the location was great, close to the downtown!
Disliked: The internet is horrible in all the rooms!! It's so slow and cut all the time! they even change us the room to be closer to the main modem and it was still bad signal, tv is old! The receptionist girls are not kind...

Superb

Liked: The rooms were funky. And perfect as we were in Puebla on Cinco de Mayo and we could watch the entire parade from our balcony
Disliked: right beside a busy road so can be a bit noisy but with ear plugs it was fine

The hotel needs to improve...

Liked: The proximity to downtown, an cleanliness
Disliked: A good and wide breakfast included in price (maybe a buffet breakfast)
