Overall enjoyed the apartment

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean place. Comfortable bed and big bathroom
Disliked: Too noisy on Main Street, could hear every siren and traffic from level 5. In future I would stay in another region of Madrid and not on a main road as it’s easy to get around on metro.

Liked: There is nothing to like, the room was not as the pictures as it should be.
Disliked: The room was super small, the room in picture i would be able to walk around in the room, if i open balcony door i could not walk to bed table, if i wanted to hang clothing in closet i had to squeeze in a corner to open the door. The bed was hard as a rock, the balcony was so dirty from bird poo so i did not want to go out there. I guess it never got cleaned. to pay that much €514 for that and it says 4 stars, i wounder who they have to pay under the table to get the that number on there, no real coffee, reception has no facility's. i rather find another hotel across the street that actually have 4 star service and pay that little extra.

It was a lovely stay...

Liked: The location, food and the staff were very accomodating. Not to mention the terrace view is great.
Disliked: So far everything is so good, they help you with everything you need.

Disliked: The entrance & the reception is not like 4 stars hotel & we needed to ask & but the drinking water
