Very comfortable & relaxed

Liked: It is very clean , located in the middle of Gran Via street & well connected to everywhere Amazing staff , specially Vanessa in the reception she was very very helpful
Disliked: The entrance & the reception is not like 4 stars hotel & we needed to ask & but the drinking water

Central location and great value.

Liked: The location was central and very comfy bed.
Disliked: The room decor - painting. There were not a lot of amenities.

The terrace is completely different...

Liked: The room was big
Disliked: The terrace is completely different from the picture.I payed the room with terrace with the view, and when I arrived the terrace was completely different with a simple chair and table and a horrible view of the back of the street, I literally booked that hotel for the view, but it was not what I expected.
