Liked: Located in the main street of madrid, only 15 minute walk from major attractions with very clean room and comfortable beds. The bathroom was quite large as well. 24 hour reception is also a highlight.
Disliked: Nothing really

Great place for good money

Liked: It was very very clean. Staff was very friendly, perfect location. Design of the hotel also very unique.
Disliked: I don’t understand why towels had to be changed everyday even though they were not on the floor. The cleaning lady couldn’t understand that I didn’t want and need clean my room everyday especially when I arrived late and the next day cleaning was pointless.

Ok but over priced.

Liked: Very good location. Great breakfast in a bight and spacious room.
Disliked: Small room. Bathroom very cold and quite smelly near the lifts. No bar area and overpriced in my view.
