Liked: Rooms were clean and air conditioned.
Disliked: The reception guy was rude. The most unfriendly welcome ever experienced st the hotel reception. Dead mosquitos at the counter at breakfast. This is not 4-star-hotel.

Bad

Liked: I had the worst experience so far in my life. AC was not working on the day we checked in and whole day was gone, but they did not fix it. I have to talk to them many times and the staff on the reception was not very professional. It was like I am begging them. I got tense at the end, which affected my holidays as I chose this place to be a comfortable location but unfortunately it was not.
Disliked: It's not a good facility. Need a more professional reception staff.
