Disliked: There was bed bugs - my wife got bitten very badlyAlso the air conditioning did not work properly in the "economy rooms" which they don't state on the listing are actually located in a different building next doorMoreover there are way too many mosquitos in the place

Disliked: We were not accommodated in the main hotel building. Instead, we were offered a room in a different building, and the quality of that room definitely did not meet a 4-star standard.

Disliked: the hotel isn't worth the price. When I got there I was assigned a room in an apartment next to the hotel instead of the hotel itself. The room was very bare-bones, wifi was slow and I had to ask to get the air conditioning fixed (very frustrating to have to do that late at night after a long flight).

Liked: We loved everything about the hotel. Location is perfect Milano Centrale station is just across the street. Breakfast was perfect it was more than we expected. We want to thank to Maria who served us at breakfast time she is the best. Room size was enough for 3 of us and we had everything that we can need in the room. Next time we will choose you again for sure. Thanks..

Overall and excellent stay!

Liked: Nice modern and clean facilities. Staff very helpful. Close to Central station.
Disliked: The personnel did not fill toilet paper and tissues we had to ask for extra.
