Liked: The location, the communications, set-up of room is great.
Disliked: Can't think of anything

Undisturbed night in Pambula

Liked: Surprisingly quiet, being on the Princes Highway. Room quite warm, and well laid out. Close to the centre of town. Pub at top of hill good for dinner.
Disliked: No staff seen to comment on ! I got there at 7pm and reception had closed. Key pickup process was convoluted, but I got there. No one there in the morning either. Not actually a problem, but strange. I presume they have their reasons.

Great place to stay, central...

Liked: Very easy to deal with. They have a lock box system and email you instructions before your arrival. No need to bother anyone just get the key and go to your room. Coffee and milk and I love those 2 biscuits just when you need them.
Disliked: All good, no complaints.
