Nice stay

Liked: Very convenient to public transportation and grocery store. My room had a nice balcony on the corner. An excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Although there are lots of positives, I feel they should do some maintenance on the building like new carpet and paint

Nice stay! Room was clean,...

Liked: Breakfast was very good (more than just a few cornettos still inside plastic), especially the crispy bacon. Room and bed were pretty good as well as the shower. Room was also with good air quality and temperature (AC), and with good acoustic insulation. Reception 24h was pretty useful and helpful, speaked english and arranged a safe, unexpensive taxi for my late night flight. Grazie a tutti!
Disliked: No big deal, but upon check-in the key was not working, then they changed my bedroom but the bed was not done yet. Then they changed me to another room that was proper, just not with a view as nice as the other two. Nonetheless, it was clear that all staff was trying to help and it was enough for me, especially because the problems were solved in the end.
