Liked: Breakfast is good, quite .نظيف
Disliked: Little bit far from Domo or Milan city center

I wouldn't recommend the hotel...

Liked: The staff was good and the location was not bad as the commute was easier from there
Disliked: The room was okay, but the bathroom was disgusting and the shower had a big problem with the water which kept overflowing, and coming to the whole washroom, and later on this brought a smell. Each time we had to take a shower it was the same problem and the water stayed in the bathroom floor for the whole time that we were there. The toilet also was dirty

Disliked: - there is no wellness in a 4 star hotel- there was a shower drain blockage, they can’t fix it, for the 2nd asking gave a new room- shower gel was empty, and forget to refill- minibar is close to empty (one bottle of 0.5 liter water is inside)- during room cleaning forget to empty the waste, and leave one of the pillow on the floorSo all in all these are little things, but it is a 4 star hotel and not so cheap.
