Conveniently Located, Unfortunately That’s About...

Liked: The only real upside of the stay was the location. I was in town for business, and the hotel’s position made it easy to reach both my main destination and several other places I needed to visit. Being close to the Navigli area was a bonus — it’s a lively part of the city with plenty of spots to unwind after a long day. If nothing else, the convenience of the location helped make the trip a bit smoother.
Disliked: The overall experience was underwhelming, especially considering the location. Breakfast was disappointing — well below the standard you’d expect in Italy. The concierge service was fine at check-in, but quite disorganized at checkout. The staff didn’t make any effort to manage the order of departures, which led to confusion and arguments among guests. While I’m aware that queue jumping can be a cultural norm in some places, it’s the hotel’s responsibility to ensure all guests are treated fairly and with respect.The room itself was adequate but clearly in need of some renovation. Ultimately, the stay didn’t feel like good value for the price paid.
