Superb

Liked: The staff was amazing, gave me a nice room not noisy ( since last time I complained about the noise) .
Disliked: That every year the price goes up .

Disliked: The room we got was 414, very odd in shape and small with views to walls, like the back side. Overall I think the price was very high to what we got.

Passable

Liked: The location was good and the staff we excellent.
Disliked: The room was not up to expectation, and the service lacked a few things. No coffee on the second day , no slippers or house coats. This was especially evident during the winter cold.
