Liked: The breakfast was very tasty and the choice was wide. The room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable, as well as the terrace was very pleasant :)

Disgusting Behaviour

Liked: Location, rooms and breakfast
Disliked: We stayed 3 days at this hotel, and I’m beyond furious. The facilities and breakfast were decent, and it’s close to Catalunya Place, about 25-30 minutes’ walk to Sagrada Familia. But the staff’s blatant racial bias ruined everything! Some employees, including security, bombarded us with infuriating questions, clearly targeting us because of our skin color. Every single breakfast, a guy demanded our room number—only from us, not others with different skin tones. It’s sickening! Once, a porter even acted like we were sneaking in unauthorized. The hotel’s fine, but the staff desperately needs training to treat everyone equally, not just based on race. Management’s clearly failed here. Asians, beware—you won’t get fair treatment. This place gets the lowest rating for this disgusting behavior.

Great staff and facilities

Liked: Staff were fabulous, facilities excellent. Pool area was really relaxing to chill out after sightseeing all day. The pool is only about 1.2m deep and was about 30degrees which we loved! Just great for a quick dip before chilling on a sun lounger. Breakfast variety was excellent.
Disliked: Everything was good.

Liked: We really liked our room, which had a balcony with access to the main deck. the staff was extremely nice and helpful and the location was perfect - a walking distance to most of the popular places. would definitely recommend!
Disliked: nothing :)
