Liked: It was a very comfortable hotel, love as it had a restaurant inside and great on its location

Great stay!

Liked: The stay was comfortable, clean and the staff was polite. We enjoyed the free breakfast as well. Though it was a little expensive, the amenities made it worth it!
Disliked: We tried renting free bikes from the resort but noticed that they didn't have brakes and chose to pass.

Superb

Liked: Beautiful facilities. Nice hot tub.
Disliked: Pool is outside as advertised but might be cold in any time other than summer.

Excellent place to stay in...

Liked: The communication prior to check-in, during our stay and afterwards, was exceptional. The staff went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed. Good breakfast too.

Convenient location for walking and...

Liked: The room was comfortable but threadbare and worn. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Disappointed in the breakfast. It didn’t live up to the hype of the advertising. Nothing German about it! Our bathroom was dirty, mold in the shower, not cleaned well.
