Liked: Excellent, clean, neat. The room was small but comfortable and just what I needed for a work-stay. Their lobby was quiet and convenient to work and have coffee and a small breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful and resourceful. Convenient location, short walk to the metro station, and some shops and restaurants, and a nice lake and trail nearby.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Easily accessible, super friendly and helpful staff, decent room for the value (especially for Copenhagen). Everything is walking distance and the restaurants nearby are more affordable than in the city centre (except the ones associated with the hotel)
Disliked: We knew the bed would be small but 1.40 meters is too small if you like a little personal space. Upgrade to a bigger room if you’re not planning on cuddling your travel partner. It was comfortable but you can feel every move of the other person in the bed (not a problem for a solo traveller of course.Shower grout seemed dark in some spots (dirty or moldy??)

Liked: Loved cozy hour and the wonderful staff. We also really liked your outdoor courtyard.
Disliked: We had a top floor room, and it was very hot at night even with the windows flung wide open. I couldn't sleep well at all.
