Like visiting family...

Liked: The staff was fabulous, ever ready to assist and give spot-on advice. All were wonderful, but Kim made it seem like visiting family.
Disliked: Friday night holiday spirit right below the room got a bit loud.

Fantastic location and hotel but...

Liked: Location was absolutely brilliant; a short walk from everything, including the metro which made it easy and quick to get to/ from the airport. Staff were lovely and we really liked ‘cozy hour’ with the free drink every evening.
Disliked: Our room was very small and just quite basic, especially considering the money we paid for our stay. The shower pressure was really poor which wasn’t great.

Great base for visiting the...

Liked: Great location for plenty of transport and walking to sights when visiting the city. Opposite a cocktail bar that is open late. Friendly check in staff. Lots of hots water. Clean beds. Really quiet at night.
